For the last ten years, the Schillios Development Foundation has been involved in development projects in Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Uganda, Mali, Senegal, Kenya, Philippines, Thailand, Ukraine, and Moldova.
CURRENT PROJECTS- HÈRÈ JÈ COOPERATIVE CENTER - Mali, West Africa
This Cooperative Center will teach income generating skills to its members. Along with skill-building, the girls take classes in health and nutrition, family planning, AIDs prevention and literacy skills.
- NDIAW NDIAW CREDIT UNION - Senegal, West Africa
Ndiaw Ndiaw Village is located 3 hours by car from Dakar in Senegal. The village credit union serves 13 villages in the region.

Maud is the Director of Credit Union Development for the National Association of Savings and Credit Unions of Zimbabwe (NASCUZ).
- BINH HUNG HOA CREDIT AND SAVINGS COOPERATIVE - HoChiMinh (Saigon) Vietnam
This is a start up credit and savings cooperative established in April 2004 in the low income Binh Chanh district of HoChiMinh City.
