WORKSHOPS AND KEYNOTE PROGRAMSCarol's Training Philosophy
No one wants just theory. And certainly no one likes a talking head. Effective training changes both thinking and behaviors. This means training must meet people's needs, must be behavior-based, and certainly must have inter-active skill development with practical tools. When people are active in their own learning process, they are more likely to change their own behaviors. Using adult-based learning methods increases the likelihood that skills will be practical and transferred to the workplace.
The workshop outlines are samples. Because it's important that training meet people's needs, it means customizing workshop content to what you want to achieve. I adapt these sessions from 30 minute presentations up to a full day workshop. (Click on title for program outlines)
